REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At TRYREJUNA, we are committed to your cellular optimization journey. We stand behind the science of our protocol, which is why we offer an industry-leading satisfaction guarantee.

1. THE 90-DAY CELLULAR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We believe in the long-term benefits of our protocol. If you have followed the Rejuna protocol consistently for 90 days and are not satisfied with your results, you are eligible for a full refund on your initial purchase.

  • Eligibility: This guarantee applies specifically to our "90-Day Systemic Overhaul" bundle or the completion of three consecutive months of the protocol.

  • Claim Window: Guarantee claims must be submitted between day 90 and day 105 following your initial delivery date.

2. RETURNS & UNOPENED PRODUCTS

For all other purchases (1-month or 2-month supplies), we accept returns of unopened, unused, and sealed products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original packaging, including the Bio-Shell™ Strip Kit and the 60-Capsule Bottle.

  • Due to the nature of our laboratory-sealed products, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles or used strip kits for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Please include:

  1. Your Order Number (e.g., #REJ1234)

  2. The reason for your return or details regarding your 90-day experience.

  3. Photographic proof of the unopened items (for standard 30-day returns).

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or if a seal is broken, please contact support@tryrejuna.com immediately with a photo of the package. We will ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.
