REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. THE 90-DAY CELLULAR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We believe in the long-term benefits of our protocol. If you have followed the Rejuna protocol consistently for 90 days and are not satisfied with your results, you are eligible for a full refund on your initial purchase.

Eligibility: This guarantee applies specifically to our "90-Day Systemic Overhaul" bundle or the completion of three consecutive months of the protocol.

Claim Window: Guarantee claims must be submitted between day 90 and day 105 following your initial delivery date.
2. RETURNS & UNOPENED PRODUCTS
For all other purchases (1-month or 2-month supplies), we accept returns of unopened, unused, and sealed products within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original packaging, including the Bio-Shell™ Strip Kit and the 60-Capsule Bottle.

Due to the nature of our laboratory-sealed products, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles or used strip kits for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

4. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or if a seal is broken, please contact support@tryrejuna.com immediately with a photo of the package. We will ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.
